Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with precision
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage payroll cycles
- Prepare monthly financial statements and budget variance reports
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and tax regulations
- Utilize QuickBooks for transaction recording and analysis
- Coordinate with auditors and financial institutions
- Support month-end closing processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of bookkeeping in a corporate setting
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and payroll processing
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
