Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using our provided QuickBooks Enterprise and Xero platforms
- Process accounts payable/receivable with digital invoicing tools
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Manage bank reconciliations and cash flow forecasting
- Coordinate with external auditors during quarterly reviews
- Implement digital filing systems for document management
- Assist with tax preparation documentation using our provided software
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience with digital tools
- Proficiency in QuickBooks/Xero (training provided for our proprietary systems)
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Experience with cloud-based accounting platforms
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Professional certification (CPA/CMA) a plus
