Responsibilities
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and provide variance analysis.
- Manage general ledger reconciliations and ensure data integrity.
- Support the external audit process and tax preparation activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred or currently pursuing.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP).
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and federal tax regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
