Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile accounts payable/receivable
- Prepare financial statements and balance sheets
- Maintain accurate general ledgers and transaction records
- Process payroll and tax filings
- Conduct month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Utilize QuickBooks and accounting software
- Provide financial analysis and reporting to stakeholders
Qualifications
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
