Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledgers and reconcile accounts daily
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage payroll cycles
- Prepare financial statements and month-end closing reports
- Utilize QuickBooks Online for transaction recording and analysis
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
- Collaborate with clients to resolve financial discrepancies
- Generate customized financial reports for decision-making
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of accrual accounting principles
- Ability to meet daily deadlines with precision
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with California tax regulations
