We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to ensure our clients' financial health is managed with precision.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily bookkeeping operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Process payroll on a daily basis for multiple clients.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, balance sheets, and general ledgers.
- Assist with tax preparation, filing, and year-end audits.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding their financial status and inquiries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in our accounting software.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage accounting software.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or CPA preferred).
- Experience with multi-state or Florida-based accounting is a plus.
