Responsibilities
- Manage daily bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts monthly.
- Process and invoice bills and payments efficiently.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, including P&L statements.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures.
- Ensure all financial data is accurately entered into QuickBooks and Xero.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and general accounting principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
