Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile complex billing invoices with 99.9% accuracy
- Manage accounts receivable and resolve payment discrepancies
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure contract compliance
- Generate monthly billing reports for executive review
- Implement continuous improvements to billing workflows
- Interface with clients to resolve billing inquiries
- Maintain HIPAA/GDPR compliant financial records
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical or corporate billing experience
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
