Responsibilities
- Process and verify high volumes of invoices for accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage the accounts receivable ledger, ensuring all postings are correct.
- Reconcile monthly billing statements and resolve outstanding balances.
- Communicate with clients and internal teams to address billing inquiries and resolve disputes.
- Utilize billing software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle) to update financial records.
- Generate and distribute monthly reports to management regarding revenue status.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; Associate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a related financial role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Experience with billing software is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
