- Resolve billing discrepancies and account receivables issues

- Monitor payment trends and implement collection strategies
- Utilize ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) for financial reporting
- Conduct monthly reconciliations and audit support
- Train junior staff on billing procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years of billing/accounts receivable experience
- Proficiency in medical or corporate billing systems
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Associate's degree in accounting or related field
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) preferred
