Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop detailed financial models and scenario analyses for strategic decision support
- Prepare executive-level reports and presentations for leadership team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to drive business performance
- Lead month-end and quarter-end closing activities
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and financial modeling tools
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- CPA or CFA designation highly desirable
- Proven ability to work independently in remote settings
