Responsibilities
- Prepare and file individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns with 100% accuracy
- Conduct tax research and provide strategic planning advice to clients
- Manage IRS audits and compliance documentation efficiently
- Utilize ProSystem fx and Lacerte tax software for maximum efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated financial solutions
- Maintain meticulous client documentation and confidentiality standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of tax preparation experience with mid-sized firms
- Expert knowledge of federal and Minnesota state tax codes
- Proficiency in tax software (ProSystem fx, Lacerte, or CCH Axcess)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and client relationship abilities
- Active CPA license or eligibility to obtain within 6 months
