Responsibilities
- Process and post invoices accurately and in a timely manner using our ERP system.
- Reconcile accounts receivable and payable ledgers to ensure accuracy.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries regarding billing discrepancies and invoices.
- Prepare monthly billing reports and assist with month-end close procedures.
- Review contracts and service agreements to ensure billing aligns with terms.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or finance.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) is required.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or Bachelor’s in Finance is a plus.
