- Resolve complex billing discrepancies and denials with 95%+ accuracy
- Collaborate with revenue cycle teams to optimize charge capture processes
- Conduct monthly audits and compliance checks for HIPAA/GDRP adherence
- Lead month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Train staff on billing protocols and system updates
- Develop KPI dashboards for billing performance metrics
Qualifications
- 5+ years of medical billing experience with commercial insurance carriers
- Expertise in CPT/ICD-10 coding and claim scrubbing
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics and Excel VLOOKUP functions
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or equivalent credential required
- Proven track record in reducing A/R days by 20%+
- Strong analytical skills for identifying billing trends and anomalies
