- Resolve complex insurance claim denials and discrepancies
- Reconcile accounts receivable monthly with ERP systems
- Generate and analyze aging reports for executive review
- Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure accurate charge capture
- Train staff on billing protocols and compliance updates
- Support month-end closing activities
Qualifications
- 3+ years medical billing experience in MA
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or equivalent
- Expertise in CPT/ICD-10 coding and CMS-1500
- Advanced proficiency in Epic or NextGen EMR systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to resolve 15+ daily claim denials
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or Finance
