Responsibilities
- Process and verify invoices for accuracy and completeness.
- Manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely payment collection.
- Research and resolve billing discrepancies and client inquiries promptly.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions monthly.
- Maintain and update customer billing records in our ERP system.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in billing or accounts receivable.
- Proficiency with billing software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interactions.
