Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue invoices for services rendered to clients in a timely manner.
- Manage the Accounts Receivable (AR) process, including follow-up on past-due accounts.
- Review and resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries efficiently.
- Reconcile monthly statements and ensure data accuracy in billing software.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve billing processes and reduce errors.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date billing records and documentation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in billing, invoicing, or a similar finance role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite) or ERP systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups).
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle difficult customer situations professionally.
