Responsibilities
- Process and submit accurate invoices to clients across multiple payment platforms
- Reconcile accounts receivable reports and resolve billing discrepancies
- Collaborate with sales teams to resolve pricing and contract ambiguities
- Generate monthly billing reports and analyze revenue trends
- Manage client communications regarding billing inquiries and payment issues
- Ensure compliance with billing regulations and internal audit requirements
- Optimize billing workflows using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle experience preferred)
Qualifications
- 3+ years of billing or accounts receivable experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and billing software (e.g., Bill.com)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to financial details
- Excellent communication abilities for client-facing interactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Experience in SaaS or tech industry billing highly preferred
- Certification (e.g., AAP, CBP) a plus
