Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle billing operations including invoice generation, review, and distribution
- Resolve billing discrepancies and customer payment inquiries within SLAs
- Reconcile accounts receivable reports and ensure financial data integrity
- Collaborate with sales and customer success teams on contract billing terms
- Optimize billing workflows using Salesforce and NetSuite platforms
- Prepare monthly billing analytics for finance leadership review
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and revenue recognition standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of billing/accounts receivable experience in SaaS or fintech
- Proficiency in Salesforce CPQ and NetSuite billing modules
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
- Experience with complex subscription billing models and contract structures
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) preferred
