- Generate monthly revenue reports with actionable insights for leadership
- Ensure HIPAA/GDPR compliance in all billing documentation
- Train junior staff on billing protocols and system updates
- Collaborate with sales teams on contract terms and billing adjustments
Qualifications
- 5+ years of high-volume billing experience in healthcare or SaaS
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and Salesforce CPQ modules
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) preferred
- Expertise in revenue recognition (ASC 606) compliance
- Strong analytical skills with experience in SQL/Excel
- Proven track record of reducing DSO by 20%+
