- Ensure HIPAA/FDCPA compliance in all billing operations
- Train junior staff on billing software and regulatory updates
- Collaborate with clinical teams for accurate charge capture
Qualifications
- 5+ years of medical billing experience in a hospital setting
- Expertise in Epic RCM and Cerner billing systems
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) credential required
- Advanced knowledge of UB-04 and CMS-1500 forms
- Proven track record of reducing AR days by 20%+
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Power BI
