Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in medical or corporate billing with SaaS exposure
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, NetSuite, or comparable billing platforms
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) or equivalent credential
- Expert knowledge of revenue cycle management and ICD-10/CPT coding
- Proven track record of reducing AR days by 20% or more
