Responsibilities
- Generate and distribute invoices with 99.9% accuracy
- Research and resolve billing discrepancies within 24 hours
- Manage accounts receivable aging reports and collections
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams on billing inquiries
- Process credit applications and maintain client account files
- Prepare monthly billing reports for financial review
- Ensure compliance with billing policies and SOX regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of billing or accounts receivable experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with high-volume transaction processing
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) a plus
