Responsibilities
- Process and manage complex billing cycles for enterprise clients using NetSuite and Salesforce
- Resolve billing discrepancies and account reconciliations within SLA timeframes
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure accurate contract-to-billing alignment
- Generate monthly revenue reports and financial statements for executive review
- Implement process improvements to reduce billing errors by 15% quarterly
- Serve as primary point of contact for client billing inquiries and escalations
- Maintain strict compliance with SOX controls and revenue recognition standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of billing/revenue cycle experience in SaaS or tech industry
- Advanced proficiency in NetSuite, Salesforce, and Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Certified Billing Professional (CBP) or Revenue Recognition certification preferred
- Proven ability to manage high-volume transaction processing with 99.5% accuracy
- Experience with multi-currency billing and international tax regulations
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven problem-solving approach
- Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder management across departments
- BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, or related field required
