Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue accurate invoices to clients on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments professionally.
- Reconcile billing statements and resolve discrepancies with minimal supervision.
- Process payments and post them to the general ledger accurately.
- Collaborate with the accounts receivable team to improve cash flow strategies.
- Assist in month-end close procedures and financial reporting preparation.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or revenue management.
- Proficiency with billing software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP) is required.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to spot errors quickly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for client interactions.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
