- Resolve billing discrepancies and account receivables issues within SLAs
- Collaborate with sales teams to process contracts and implement billing systems
- Conduct monthly reconciliations of billing records and payment systems
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and state billing regulations
- Optimize billing processes using SAP and Salesforce platforms
- Prepare monthly revenue reports for executive leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years of specialized billing experience in financial services
- Expert proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and CRM platforms
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and financial modeling
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving abilities for complex billing scenarios
- Ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Illinois state billing regulations
