Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue accurate client invoices and billing statements on a weekly or monthly basis.
- Review and reconcile billing data to identify discrepancies and resolve outstanding account issues.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments and external clients to clarify billing inquiries.
- Maintain and update customer accounts and billing history in our CRM and accounting software.
- Assist in the month-end close process by generating and analyzing billing reports.
- Implement process improvements to streamline billing workflows and reduce error rates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or revenue cycle management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups).
- Familiarity with billing software such as SAP, NetSuite, or QuickBooks is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
