Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end billing processes for commercial and residential clients
- Resolve billing discrepancies through detailed account reconciliation
- Process complex insurance claims and third-party reimbursements
- Generate monthly financial reports and aging analysis dashboards
- Collaborate with collections team to maintain DSO targets
- Implement billing system optimizations using SAP/Oracle expertise
- Train staff on billing protocols and compliance updates
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical/billing experience in healthcare or finance
- Proficiency in billing software (Epic, Cerner, or equivalent)
- Certified Billing Specialist (CBS) or CPC certification preferred
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA and billing compliance standards
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication abilities
- Associate's degree in Accounting or related field required
