Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile complex invoices across multiple revenue streams
- Manage accounts receivable aging reports and collections strategies
- Collaborate with sales teams to resolve billing discrepancies within SLAs
- Generate monthly revenue reports with variance analysis for leadership
- Implement and optimize billing workflows using NetSuite ERP
- Train staff on billing compliance protocols and SOX requirements
- Contribute to system upgrades and process automation initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of billing/accounts receivable experience in B2B environments
- Advanced proficiency in NetSuite and Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Certified Billing Professional (CBP) or equivalent preferred
- Proven ability to resolve complex billing disputes diplomatically
- Experience with SOX compliance and audit preparation
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail (0.1% error tolerance)
- Ability to manage competing deadlines in matrixed organizations
