- Generate monthly revenue reports and aging analysis for leadership
- Train staff on billing software updates and compliance changes
- Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure charge capture integrity
- Manage denial appeals and AR recovery processes
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in healthcare administration or finance
- 3+ years of medical billing experience in a clinic/hospital setting
- Expertise in ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding
- Proficiency with Epic and NextGen billing platforms
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) credential preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication for patient and payer interactions
