- Monthly reporting on key billing metrics and KPIs
- Train staff on billing system updates and processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical billing experience in a healthcare setting
- Expertise in CPT/ICD-10 coding and claim submission
- Proficiency with Epic EHR and NextGen billing systems
- Strong analytical skills for identifying billing patterns
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
