Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end billing cycles for 500+ corporate clients
- Resolve billing discrepancies and process complex invoicing
- Collaborate with sales teams on contract terms and revenue recognition
- Generate monthly/quarterly financial reports for stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with SOX and GAAP standards
- Train junior staff on billing software protocols
- Optimize billing workflows using Salesforce CPQ
Qualifications
- 3+ years of billing or accounts receivable experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of revenue recognition principles
- BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) preferred
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in high-volume environment
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ or similar billing platforms
