Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end billing processes for diverse client portfolios
- Resolve billing discrepancies through meticulous account reconciliation
- Generate and analyze monthly/quarterly revenue reports
- Collaborate with collections team on overdue account strategies
- Implement process improvements using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Ensure HIPAA/GAAP compliance in all billing documentation
- Train junior staff on billing protocols and software proficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical or corporate billing experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and billing software (e.g., Epic, Cerner)
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Certified Billing & Coding Specialist (CBCS) preferred
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage high-volume transactions with 99% accuracy
