- Analyze billing data to identify process improvements
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and financial regulations
- Train new staff on billing systems and protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical or corporate billing experience
- Proficiency in billing software (e.g., Epic, Medisoft)
- Strong knowledge of CPT/ICD-10 coding systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- BS in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) a plus
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot table expertise
