- Resolve billing discrepancies and account receivables within 30-day SLA
- Collaborate with providers to verify insurance eligibility and coverage details
- Generate monthly reports on billing performance and revenue trends
- Ensure HIPAA compliance in all billing documentation and processes
- Train staff on updated billing procedures and regulatory changes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical billing experience with CPT/HCPC codes
- Proficiency in Epic, Meditech, or similar billing software
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or CPC certification preferred
- Strong analytical skills with 10-key typing proficiency
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Experience working with commercial insurance plans (Blue Cross, Aetna, etc.)
