Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including variance analysis and forecasting, to support strategic business decisions.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to project future revenues, expenses, and profitability.
- Assist in the budgeting process by creating detailed budget scenarios and monitoring actuals against targets.
- Identify trends and opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiency improvements.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand business drivers and provide financial guidance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable conclusions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data to non-financial audiences.
