Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning initiatives.
- Prepare and present complex financial reports, including variance analysis, P&L reviews, and forecasting models.
- Monitor budget execution and provide variance analysis to management to identify opportunities for cost optimization.
- Develop and maintain financial models to project future performance and assess the impact of business scenarios.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand operational requirements and translate them into financial terms.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and external financial reporting standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, planning, or budgeting.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
- Certification (CPA, CFA, CMA) is a plus.
