We're seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist to join our dynamic finance team immediately. Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end billing processes including invoice generation, payment posting, and reconciliation
- Resolve billing discrepancies and disputes with clients and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with sales and accounting teams to ensure accurate revenue recognition
- Maintain compliance with healthcare billing regulations (HIPAA) and company policies
- Generate monthly billing reports and analytics for leadership review
- Optimize billing workflows using Epic and Oracle EBS systems
- Train staff on billing procedures and documentation standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical or corporate billing experience
- Proficiency in billing software (Epic, Oracle EBS, or similar)
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) or equivalent preferred
- Expert knowledge of revenue cycle management and compliance requirements
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table experience
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
