Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile complex invoices across multiple revenue streams
- Manage accounts receivable/payable cycles with 99.8% accuracy
- Resolve billing discrepancies and customer payment inquiries within SLAs
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure proper contract billing implementation
- Generate monthly financial reports for executive leadership
- Optimize billing workflows using SAP and Oracle ERP systems
- Conduct quarterly audits for compliance and process improvement
Qualifications
- 3+ years of billing experience in SaaS or tech industry
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Excel advanced functions
- Certified Billing Specialist (CBS) or equivalent credential preferred
- Expertise in revenue recognition principles (ASC 606)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
