- Stay updated on CMS and private payer regulations
- Train staff on billing system updates
Qualifications
- 3+ years medical billing experience
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) preferred
- Expertise in Epic or NextGen EHR systems
- Advanced knowledge of CPT/ICD-10 coding
- Proven problem-solving with complex claim denials
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
