Responsibilities
- Manage and process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with 100% accuracy.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and general ledger adjustments.
- Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings and audits.
- Monitor cash flow and ensure timely invoicing.
- Maintain and update the fixed asset register and expense tracking systems.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to resolve any discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CPA candidate preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in general accounting or bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero) and advanced Excel skills.
- Must be available to work the night shift (e.g., 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
