Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations (CO, FLSA)
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings accurately
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Support HR with onboarding/offboarding processes for payroll data
- Generate payroll reports for leadership and auditors
- Train payroll staff on best practices and system updates
Qualifications
- 5+ years of payroll processing experience in multi-state environments
- ADP Workforce Now certification strongly preferred
- Deep knowledge of CO labor laws and tax regulations
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interactions
- CPP or FPC certification a plus
