Responsibilities
- Process high-volume financial transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Deliver exceptional customer service for diverse client portfolios
- Proactively identify cross-sell opportunities for premium products
- Train and mentor new tellers on operational procedures

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of bank teller experience
- Proven track record in cash handling reconciliation
- Familiarity with FinCEN compliance protocols
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Proficiency in core banking software (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry)
- Associates degree in Finance or Business preferred
