Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial modeling and variance analysis to forecast quarterly/annual performance
- Develop comprehensive budgeting and forecasting frameworks supporting 15+ department heads
- Create executive-ready dashboards visualizing KPIs, ROI metrics, and market trends
- Lead month-end/quarter-end closing processes ensuring SOX compliance
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis supporting M&A initiatives and capital allocation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency
- Maintain financial databases and ensure data integrity across ERP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting with 3+ years progressive analytical experience
- CFA/CPA designation or MBA preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Power Query)
- Expertise in financial modeling tools (Alteryx, Tableau, or Power BI)
- Deep understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Proven ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders
- Experience with SAP or Oracle ERP systems
