- Implement process improvements to reduce billing errors by 15%
- Train junior staff on billing systems and compliance protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume billing experience in SaaS or healthcare
- Expertise in revenue recognition (ASC 606) and compliance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Certified Billing & Coding Specialist (CBCS) or equivalent
- Proven track record of reducing DSO by 20%+
