- Resolve billing discrepancies and client payment issues
- Generate monthly financial reports for executive review
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure contract compliance
- Maintain HIPAA/GDPR compliant billing systems
- Train junior staff on billing protocols
- Optimize billing workflows using SAP and QuickBooks
Qualifications
- 3+ years medical/technical billing experience
- Expertise in CPT/ICD-10 coding systems
- Advanced Excel and billing software proficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
