- Process and reconcile complex medical/insurance claims with 99.5% accuracy
- Manage accounts receivable and aging reports for Fortune 500 clients
- Collaborate with insurance providers to resolve billing discrepancies
- Implement billing process improvements using SAP and Epic systems
- Train junior staff on billing compliance protocols
- Monthly revenue forecasting and variance analysis
Qualifications
- 5+ years in medical or corporate billing environments
- Expertise in CPT/ICD-10 coding and HIPAA compliance
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and QuickBooks
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
