- Resolve billing discrepancies through insurance verification
- Generate monthly revenue cycle reports for leadership
- Ensure HIPAA and regulatory compliance in all billing processes
- Collaborate with clinical teams on charge capture optimization
- Train staff on billing system updates and best practices
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in healthcare administration or finance
- 3+ years of medical billing experience
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) credential preferred
- Expertise in Epic or Cerner billing systems
- Advanced knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations
- Strong Excel proficiency with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
