- Process and reconcile monthly invoices with 99.9% accuracy
- Resolve billing discrepancies through direct client communication
- Generate financial reports and analyze revenue trends
- Collaborate with sales and accounting teams for seamless operations
- Ensure adherence to HIPAA and SOX compliance standards
- Optimize billing workflows using Oracle ERP system
- Support month-end closing processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical/billing experience required
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel Advanced functions
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal/written communication abilities
- Experience with third-party payers (Medicare/Medicaid)
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
