Job Summary
As a Bank Teller, you will be the face of Madison Community Bank. You will handle cash deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries while ensuring every customer leaves satisfied.
Responsibilities
- Accurately process cash, check, and electronic transactions for customers.
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with all customers.
- Identify and cross-sell banking products and services to meet referral goals.
- Balance daily cash drawers and reconcile terminal reports.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, bill payments, and basic problem resolution.
- Maintain a clean and organized teller line area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous cash handling or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong mathematical skills with a high degree of accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Must pass a background check and credit check.
